Bassem Ibrahim is a Ph.D. student in Computer Engineering and a member of ESP Lab in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University. He has worked as digital IC design engineer at Si-Ware Systems from 2005 to 2016. He was leading the digital IC design team to deliver several successful ASICs to customers in Inertial sensing, NIR Spectroscopy and wireless charging applications. He has experience in design, verification and testing of low power digital circuits, digital signal processing and FPGA prototyping.
His research interest is applying signal processing and machine learning algorithms to develop new wearable systems to enhance human life and health.
